Alongside ongoing ADHD coaching and counselling support, I offer more focused sessions centred around specific themes or difficulties, creating a more bespoke approach that fits your needs and goals. This can also include Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) for those looking to explore deeper beliefs around self-worth, confidence, or self-belief.
