I’m an ADHD coach, supporting you to move forward with more clarity, focus, and confidence in a way that actually fits how your mind works.
Alongside coaching, I bring a background in counselling, which helps us gently make sense of the patterns underneath overwhelm, procrastination, and self-doubt.
I’m also trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a hypnotherapy-based approach that can support deeper change where needed.
You don’t have to figure everything out first. We start from where you are, and build forward in a way that feels manageable and clear.
Practical, supportive coaching to help you better understand your ADHD, build confidence and move forward in a way that works.
Therapy and RTT sessions to help you explore deeper beliefs, emotional patterns and the thoughts that may be holding you back.
Why do I feel stuck even when I know what I need to do?
Many adults with ADHD feel frustrated by this experience. You may know exactly what needs done, yet still struggle to begin, stay focused or follow things through. ADHD can affect motivation, attention, emotional regulation and the brain’s ability to prioritise tasks, especially during stress or overwhelm.
ADHD coaching can help you better understand these patterns and find supportive ways to move forward with more clarity, structure and self-compassion.
Can ADHD coaching help with overwhelm and procrastination?
Yes. ADHD coaching can help with overwhelm, procrastination, overthinking, emotional regulation and low confidence. Together, we explore practical strategies that work with your brain rather than against it.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include support with routines, organisation, workplace challenges, boundaries and managing daily life in a more sustainable way.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to get support?
No. Many people reach out before having a formal ADHD diagnosis or while they are still exploring whether ADHD may be affecting them.
If you relate to traits such as overwhelm, procrastination, emotional intensity or difficulty focusing, ADHD coaching and support can still be helpful.
