Online ADHD coaching UK with a counselling-informed approach, supporting adults to find clarity, confidence and a calmer way forward.
You have a list of things to do and you’ve had it for weeks. You know what needs doing, but somehow none of it gets done. The simplest tasks feel impossible, while your mind is already three steps ahead somewhere else entirely.
You might have been recently diagnosed with ADHD, or starting to wonder if it explains a lot. Either way, you’ve probably spent years feeling like everything is just a bit harder for you than it seems to be for everyone else.
Maybe it’s causing tension at home. Maybe you’re struggling to keep on top of work, the house, the everyday stuff, meals, bills, forms, all the things that seem so straightforward for other people.
And through all of it, a harsh inner voice reminding you what you should have done, could have done, didn’t do.
If you’ve ever tried to explain how your mind works and felt like it didn’t quite make sense, even to you, that’s okay. You don’t need to arrive with the right words. We can work it out together.
Practical, supportive coaching to help you better understand your ADHD, build confidence and move forward in a way that works.

I have spent years working with adults with ADHD, and I know that no two people experience it in the same way. What brings most people to me is a sense that they have tried to explain how their mind works and never quite felt understood.
I bring lived experience of ADHD alongside a background in counselling and psychotherapy to every session, which means we don’t just look at strategies. We look at what’s underneath, the patterns, the self-doubt, the exhaustion of always feeling like you’re playing catch up, and we work through it at a pace that feels right for you.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Counselling from Abertay University, and am a BACP Registered Member. My training also includes ADHD coaching, Transformational Therapy, and ongoing CPD in ADHD, emotional regulation and nervous system support.
Many adults with ADHD feel frustrated by this experience. You may know exactly what needs done, yet still struggle to begin, stay focused or follow things through. ADHD can affect motivation, attention, emotional regulation and your brain’s ability to prioritise tasks, especially during stress or overwhelm.
ADHD coaching can help you better understand these patterns and find supportive ways to move forward with more clarity, structure and self-compassion.
Yes. ADHD coaching can help with overwhelm, procrastination, overthinking, emotional regulation and low confidence. Together, we explore practical strategies that work with your brain rather than fighting against it. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include support with routines, organisation, boundaries, confidence and self-doubt, and managing daily life in a more sustainable way.
No. Many people reach out before having a formal ADHD diagnosis or while they are still exploring whether ADHD may be affecting them. If you relate to traits such as overwhelm, procrastination, emotional intensity or difficulty focusing, ADHD coaching and support can still be helpful.
