Hi, I’m Carol. I’m a qualified counsellor and ADHD coach, and I also have ADHD.
I know how frustrating it can feel when your mind is constantly busy, you’re trying to stay on top of things, and it still feels like things are slipping.
I offer ADHD coaching for adults who want to feel more focused, more organised, and more in control of their day to day life. Together, we look at what’s getting in the way and find practical ways to move forward that feel manageable and realistic.
