ADHD Coaching for Women

It’s Not Laziness. It’s Overload

If you find yourself putting things off, jumping between tasks, or forgetting what you were doing mid-sentence, you’re not lazy—you’re likely overwhelmed. ADHD can make even simple things feel complicated when your mind is juggling a hundred tabs at once.

Coaching helps you slow the mental traffic, find clarity, and build small, sustainable systems that support how your brain actually works.

What Is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process that helps you understand your brain and work with it—not against it. It’s about noticing patterns, learning practical strategies, and building momentum in a way that feels doable, not draining.

Together, we focus on the areas that matter most to you—whether that’s getting organised, managing time, following through on tasks, or feeling more emotionally regulated in everyday life.

How ADHD Coaching Works

ADHD coaching helps you create space in your life—and your mind.
It gives you tools to manage overwhelm, follow through on what matters, and feel more in control of your day-to-day.

You’ll stop second-guessing yourself and start building systems that feel simple, supportive, and realistic.

I’m currently building out more ADHD-specific coaching content here, but you can explore more of my approach, insights, and resources on my sister site, Clear Haven Therapy.

What ADHD Coaching Can Help With

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure where to begin, we’ll work together to explore what’s getting in the way and find realistic, ADHD-friendly ways forward. This is a space to reconnect with your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and make changes that truly matter to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between ADHD coaching and therapy?

ADHD coaching focuses on practical tools and working towards your goals. It can help you manage overwhelm, build structure, and create more supportive habits. Therapy tends to explore deeper emotional patterns or past experiences. Many people find that both can be helpful at different points in their journey.

Yes, I offer individual sessions as well as a 12-week coaching programme and a self-led digital course. One-off sessions can be helpful if you want focused support with a specific challenge, while the full programme offers deeper, more consistent change. You can choose what suits you best.

Coaching is a good fit if you’re ready to make changes but feel stuck on how to start. It can help if you struggle with focus, following through with tasks, emotional overwhelm, or managing daily life. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to explore what’s possible with the right support.

Not at all. Many of the women I work with are self-identified or still waiting for assessment. If you relate to ADHD traits and want support managing things like focus, organisation, or emotional overwhelm, coaching can still be hugely beneficial—with or without a diagnosis.  In Coaching and Therapy we work with the problem rather than the diagnosis.

Yes. Workplace challenges are one of the most common reasons people reach out. Coaching can help you manage distractions, set boundaries, improve time management, and feel more confident at work—whether you’re employed, self-employed, or anywhere in between.
