ADHD Coaching for Women

ADHD Coaching for Women – It’s Not Laziness, It’s Overload

If you find yourself putting things off, jumping between tasks, or losing your train of thought mid-sentence, you’re not lazy, you’re overwhelmed. ADHD can make even simple tasks feel complicated when your brain is juggling too much at once.

My ADHD coaching for women is here to help you slow the mental traffic, feel more in control, and build small, sustainable systems that work with your brain, not against it.

What Is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching gives you the space to pause, reflect, and build practical ways forward — at your pace. Together, we explore how your brain works best, and shape simple tools to support your daily life.

We focus on what’s getting in the way — whether that’s mental clutter, emotional overwhelm, difficulty finishing things, or feeling stuck and scattered. Then we create supportive strategies that actually work for you.

You’ll start building routines and habits that feel realistic — not exhausting. Over time, you’ll begin to feel more organised, more focused, and more like yourself again.

These calming audio resources are created for the ADHD brain and nervous system. They support focus, sleep, emotional regulation, and self-belief. Use them between sessions or on their own to reset, reflect, or simply slow down.

What ADHD Coaching Can Help With

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. ADHD coaching gives you a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect, and take small, meaningful steps, without judgement or pressure.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way. I’ll help you reconnect with your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and make ADHD-friendly changes that actually last.

Through ADHD coaching, you can get support with:

  • Reducing overwhelm and decision fatigue

  • Managing time, focus, and follow-through

  • Calming overthinking and mental noise

  • Building supportive routines and daily structure

  • Feeling more emotionally regulated and grounded

  • Letting go of guilt, shame, and all-or-nothing thinking

What You Might Be Struggling With

If you’ve been searching for answers, you’ve probably come across terms like “executive functioning” or “time-blindness”, and wondered how they relate to you. These aren’t just buzzwords. They’re real parts of how ADHD shows up day to day.

In coaching, we look at what’s really going on beneath the surface, so you can find practical support that actually fits your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between ADHD coaching and therapy?

ADHD coaching focuses on practical tools and working towards your goals. It can help you manage overwhelm, build structure, and create more supportive habits. Therapy tends to explore deeper emotional patterns or past experiences. Many people find that both can be helpful at different points in their journey.

Yes, I offer individual sessions as well as a 12-week coaching programme and a self-led digital course. One-off sessions can be helpful if you want focused support with a specific challenge, while the full programme offers deeper, more consistent change. You can choose what suits you best.

Coaching is a good fit if you’re ready to make changes but feel stuck on how to start. It can help if you struggle with focus, following through with tasks, emotional overwhelm, or managing daily life. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to explore what’s possible with the right support.

Not at all. Many of the women I work with are self-identified or still waiting for assessment. If you relate to ADHD traits and want support managing things like focus, organisation, or emotional overwhelm, coaching can still be hugely beneficial, with or without a diagnosis.  In Coaching and Therapy we work with the problem rather than the diagnosis.

Yes. Workplace challenges are one of the most common reasons people reach out. Coaching can help you manage distractions, set boundaries, improve time management, and feel more confident at work, whether you’re employed, self-employed, or anywhere in between.
