ADHD Coaching for Women - Personalised Support to Improve Focus, Organisation & Confidence

Personalised ADHD coaching to help you stay organised, emotionally grounded, and in control, without the overwhelm

Welcome to The ADHD Coaching Room

Hi, I’m Carol, an ADHD coach and counsellor with both professional training and lived experience of ADHD. I know how it feels to live with a fast-moving, distracted brain while trying to keep life running smoothly.

I offer remote one-to-one ADHD coaching for women who want to feel more focused, organised, emotionally grounded, and confident in how they live and work. My approach combines practical ADHD coaching tools with compassionate, tailored support, helping you create strategies that fit the way your brain works.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in decision fatigue, or frustrated by time management struggles. You may have tried planners, productivity apps, or rigid routines that didn’t last. That’s where ADHD coaching can make a real difference, by working with your brain, not against it. Together, we build tools that stick and support the changes you actually want.

Struggling with Emotions, Procrastination or Organisation?

Living with ADHD can make daily life feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to focus, motivation, time management, and getting things done. You might feel stuck in negative patterns or constantly battling distraction, procrastination, and emotional ups and downs.

Through personalised ADHD coaching, I support adults to:

  • Manage time more effectively and reduce procrastination

  • Build consistent routines that work for their lifestyle

  • Improve focus and reduce overwhelm

  • Understand emotional patterns and build self-confidence

These are real-world strategies designed to work with your ADHD brain, not against it.

Client Testimonials

I contacted Carol as I suspect I have ADHD. I went for the option of doing the one to one ADHD coaching and this has helped me more than I ever expected. The biggest take away was getting to know and accept myself and my brain! Money well spent and I would do it all over again. Thanks Carol for your patience, you often need it!

I have enjoyed every ADHD Coaching session and I have learnt so much useful information that I will use for life. My second year at Uni was so much easier than my first now I have the techniques in place. I didn't think my ADHD brain was going to cope with year 2 but I'm almost at the end. Carol, is friendly and easy to talk to, I felt comletely at ease with her.

I first met Carol at an ADHD event, where we discussed how therapy could support challenges such as overthinking and procrastination, both of which I had been experiencing for many years. I chose to pursue a combination of coaching and counselling, and this integrated approach proved to be highly effective for me. Since our sessions, I have returned to the workplace and feel genuinely optimistic about what lies ahead.
