ADHD Coaching Programme for Women to Feel More Organised and Emotionally Grounded

Structure, Support and Tools That Actually Work for ADHD Brains

Are you crying all the time, feeling easily triggered, or like you’ve lost control of your emotions? You might find yourself overreacting to small things, spiralling quickly, or stuck in shame after another emotional outburst.

Living with ADHD isn’t just about being distracted or disorganised. Emotions can hit hard and fast.

Being emotionally grounded means having more day-to-day stability. It’s about learning to pause instead of snap, soothe your nervous system, and feel more in control, even when your brain is buzzing and life feels too much.

A Bonus Session on ADHD and Hormones

Understanding how hormones shape ADHD symptoms for women

Some ADHD experiences are shaped by hormonal changes, yet they often get overlooked. That’s why your programme includes a dedicated bonus session focused on hormones and ADHD, from monthly cycles to perimenopause and menopause.

You’ll learn how hormone fluctuations affect emotional regulation, energy levels, focus, and overwhelm, and what you can do to manage the impact in a way that works with your brain, not against it.

This session is available whether you’re taking the one-to-one coaching path or the self-paced course. It’s your chance to understand your ADHD through a lens that’s often missing, and feel more in control, informed, and emotionally steady throughout the month and beyond.

How Do I Get Started?

You’ve got two flexible ways to join this programme, choose the one that fits your life best:

  • Go deeper with live 1:1 coaching across 12 weeks, including a tailored bonus session on ADHD and hormones
  • Or take the self-paced digital course, packed with all the tools and guidance, including the ADHD and hormones bonus to help you apply what you’ve learnt to your real life.

You don’t need to figure it all out on your own. This programme gives you space to pause, reflect, and build real-life ADHD tools, in a way that actually works for you

What Will Life Look Like After the ADHD Coaching Programme?

  • ADHD will start to make more sense, you’ll stop blaming yourself for things that were never your fault

  • You’ll have practical, ADHD-friendly strategies that actually work for your brain and help you stay on track without burning out

  • Even when things get messy, you’ll know how to steady yourself instead of spiralling, and how to keep going

Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions people ask most often about the ADHD Coaching Programme for Women. If you’re wondering about something, you’ll likely find the answer below:

What’s the difference between coaching and the self-paced course?

The core content is the same, you’ll still get access to the full 12-week ADHD coaching programme for women.  You will find the digital version is packed with ADHD-friendly tools and strategies.

The difference is how you go through it:  If you choose coaching, you’ll have weekly 1:1 sessions with me, personalised guidance, and space to talk things through. You’ll also get a bonus tailored session focused on something that matters most to you.

If you go with the self-paced digital course, you’ll work through everything in your own time. It’s flexible, private, and still packed with support, but without the weekly live calls.  However, to celebrate the launch I am offering a bonus 1:1 session.

This course is for you if you’ve been trying to manage ADHD on your own, and it’s just not working anymore.

Maybe you’re stuck in cycles of procrastination, overwhelm or self-blame.
Perhaps you’ve tried planners, routines or advice, but nothing ever seems to stick.
You might be craving support that’s flexible, realistic and actually built for how your brain works.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis, just a sense that something needs to change and a willingness to try a new approach.

Not at all. You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join this programme, you can join if you are undiagnosed.

If you recognise yourself in the patterns, procrastination, overwhelm, low motivation, or feeling like your brain just works differently, this course can help.

You’re welcome here whether you’re newly exploring ADHD, self-identified, or still figuring things out.

Not at all. Hypnotherapy is included as an optional tool, not a requirement.

It’s there for people who are curious and feel it might support their mindset, habits, or emotional patterns. But if it’s not for you, you can skip that section entirely and still get full value from the rest of the programme.

This course is designed to work with you, not against you, no pressure, no pushing.

I don’t just share tools. I’m a qualified counsellor and RTT practitioner, and I bring this into the programme. It’s not just about managing the day-to-day, but helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more at ease in your mind.
