Your ADHD, Your Way – Pick a Bonus Topic That Fits You

Your ADHD, Your Way – Bonus Support That Fits You

Some ADHD struggles don’t get enough airtime — like menopause, emotional crashes, or work burnout. That’s why I’m planning a bonus session later this year to explore the topics that matter most to you.

You’ll be invited to a live bonus session where we’ll dive into one of the following areas, based on what’s most relevant:

– ADHD & Menopause
– Rejection Sensitivity
– Relationships
– Work Burnout

This is your chance to explore a focus area in more depth, with guidance and support that’s shaped around real-life challenges.

What Will Life Look Like After the Programme?

You’ll understand your ADHD more clearly, and stop blaming yourself for things that were never your fault.

You’ll have ADHD-friendly tools and strategies that actually work with your brain.

You’ll feel more in control, more compassionate with yourself, and far less overwhelmed by day-to-day life.

You’ll see real progress in the areas that used to feel impossible, focus, follow-through, home life, work, or confidence.

You’ll know how to keep going, even when life gets wobbly, and how to reset without spiralling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between coaching and the self-paced course?

The core content is the same, you’ll still get access to the full 12-week programme, packed with ADHD-friendly tools and strategies.

The difference is how you go through it:
If you choose coaching, you’ll have weekly 1:1 sessions with me, personalised guidance, and space to talk things through. You’ll also get a bonus tailored session focused on something that matters most to you.

If you go with the self-paced course, you’ll work through everything in your own time. It’s flexible, private, and still packed with support, but without the weekly live calls.  However, to celebrate the launch I am offering a bonus 1:1 session.

No stress. If you’re doing the digital course, you can go at your own pace—there’s no deadline and no pressure to keep up.

If you’re in the coaching programme, I’ve built in space for life to happen. You’ll have up to two extra weeks to catch up if you need to skip a session—so you won’t miss out.

This course is for you if you’ve been trying to manage ADHD on your own—and it’s just not working anymore.

If you feel stuck in cycles of procrastination, overwhelm, or self-blame…
If planners, routines, or advice never seem to stick…
If you’re looking for support that’s flexible, realistic, and actually designed for how your brain works—this is for you.

You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis. You just need to know that something isn’t working—and be open to trying a new way.

Not at all. You don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join this programme.

If you recognise yourself in the patterns, procrastination, overwhelm, low motivation, or feeling like your brain just works differently, this course can help.

You’re welcome here whether you’re newly exploring ADHD, self-identified, or still figuring things out.

Not at all. Hypnotherapy is included as an optional tool, not a requirement.

It’s there for people who are curious and feel it might support their mindset, habits, or emotional patterns. But if it’s not for you, you can skip that section entirely and still get full value from the rest of the programme.

This course is designed to work with you, not against you, no pressure, no pushing.

I don’t only share tips and techniques.  I am a qualified counsellor and RTT (Rapid Transformational Practitioner), and I bring these skills to the programme.  The course covers the emotional impact of living with ADHD, not just how to manage the day-to-day, but how to feel more at ease in your own mind and more confident in who you are.

If you’re interested in the live coaching programme, just use the contact form at the bottom of the page to send me a message, I’ll be in touch personally to help you get started.

The digital course is coming soon. If that’s more your style, pop me a message and I’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready to access.

You don’t need to decide everything right now. If you’ve got questions or you’re not sure which route is right for you, reach out—I’m happy to chat things through.

This is about finding a way forward that works for you.
