About ADHD Coaching Room
Why I Created ADHD Coaching Room
Many women reach adulthood wondering why things feel harder than they should be—especially in work, relationships, or daily life. You might find it difficult to stay focused, feel overwhelmed by tasks others seem to manage with ease, or feel like you’re constantly switching roles to fit in.
I created ADHD Coaching Room to offer a calmer, more compassionate space for women who are navigating those challenges—whether you’ve been diagnosed, self-identified, or you’re simply exploring the possibility. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. I’m also a qualified counsellor, and I run Clear Haven Therapy, my sister site for therapeutic support. If you’re looking for counselling alongside coaching, feel free to explore that space too.

“Some of your best work happens quietly, when no one else is watching.”
Why I Support Women With ADHD
Many women with ADHD go through life without knowing why things feel harder than they should. They might find work environments draining, struggle to stay organised despite their best efforts, or feel out of step in social situations. It’s common to internalise these challenges as personal failings—when in reality, they’re often signs of a brain that simply works differently.

“You are not a mess. You are a feeling person in a messy world.”

Masking, Misfitting & Finding Clarity
My workplace experiences have been complex. For years, I thought I was just quiet, anxious, or not cut out for certain roles. But looking back, I now see how much I was masking—trying to adapt to environments that didn’t suit the way I naturally think and work.
It was extremely validating for me to realise there is a name for this, and more importantly, that there’s a way forward.
Living In Between – The Quiet Code-Switch
Many women I work with describe feeling like they’re constantly shifting between roles—adapting to fit in at work, in relationships, or among different groups. It’s a quiet kind of code-switching that can leave you feeling like you’re “too much” for one group and “not enough” for another.
My coaching recognises this in-between space and helps you create a life where you don’t have to perform or prove anything—just be yourself, supported and understood. Learn more about coaching.

Workplaces don’t need to be louder. They need to be kinder.
For some women, just showing up takes incredible energy.
ADHD coaching can help you advocate for what you need—without apology.
About Me and Why I Do This Work

I’ve worked in a range of roles over the years—from overseas jobs with flexibility to public sector work with structure. But I never truly felt settled until I began supporting others one-to-one. That’s when everything clicked.
Now, with a background in psychology and counselling—and my own lived experience—I specialise in ADHD support for women who are tired of trying to fit into the wrong moulds.
I’m a mum, a dog owner, and someone who’s always learning—and always planning the next chapter. I believe thinking isn’t nothing, rest isn’t laziness, and you don’t need to change who you are—just find support that fits.
