About ADHD Coaching Room
Why I Created The ADHD Coaching Room
I know what it’s like to wonder why life feels harder than it should, especially in work, relationships, or daily routines. For years I struggled with focus, felt overwhelmed by tasks others seemed to manage with ease, and often found myself switching roles just to fit in.
I created The ADHD Coaching Room to offer a calmer, more compassionate space for adults navigating these challenges, whether you’ve been diagnosed, self-identified, or are simply exploring the possibility. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. As an ADHD coach in the UK, I blend practical tools with lived experience and counselling expertise to help you find strategies that work for your brain.

“Some of your best work happens quietly, when no one else is watching.”
Why I Support Adults With ADHD
I support adults in the UK through ADHD coaching to reduce overwhelm, build focus, and grow confidence. My approach isn’t about forcing rigid systems, but about creating flexible strategies that respect the way your brain works. Alongside my professional training, I bring my own lived experience, which means I understand how ADHD can affect daily life, and how small shifts can make a big difference.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and sharing simple moments with my daughter. Personal growth and self-development are important to me, and I love weaving that curiosity into the support I offer.

“You are not a mess. You are a feeling person in a messy world.”
– Glennon Doyle
Too Loud, Too Quiet - Finding My Balance
At home with family and friends, life could often feel too loud, too much, too sensitive etc. In the workplace it was different, I knew how to adapt, but that wasn’t always easy. Structured roles gave me something to follow, yet at work social events where there wasn’t a clear script, it felt harder and sometimes held me back.
Realising this wasn’t just character flaws, and there was a name for this was incredibly validating. Even more important was learning that there’s a way forward. ADHD coaching helps adults recognise when they’re masking, understand why it happens, and find healthier ways to move through the world with clarity and self-acceptance.
Living In Between – The Quiet Code-Switch
Many adults with ADHD describe the constant effort of shifting between roles, adapting to fit in at work, in relationships, or among different groups. It can feel like a quiet kind of code-switching that leaves you believing you’re “too much” for one group and “not enough” for another.
My coaching recognises this in-between space. Together, we work on building strategies that help you feel supported and understood, so you don’t have to perform or prove anything. Instead, you can create a life where you feel grounded, confident, and free to be yourself. Learn more about coaching.

Workplaces don’t need to be louder. They need to be kinder.
For many adults with ADHD, just showing up can take an incredible amount of energy. It’s easy to feel like you have to push harder or be someone you’re not, just to keep up.
ADHD coaching can help you advocate for what you need, without apology. Together, we look at strategies that make work and life feel more manageable, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
About Me and Why I Do This Work

I’ve worked in a range of roles over the years, including spending many years working overseas, which gave me the freedom and fun I was looking for at the time. While those years weren’t about building a traditional career path, they taught me a lot about how important environment and lifestyle are when you’re living with ADHD.
Transitioning into more structured roles later on was challenging, and it helped me see how much pressure adults with ADHD can feel to fit into expectations that don’t suit them. That experience now shapes the way I coach, helping others find approaches that fit their real lives, rather than forcing themselves into boxes that leave them burnt out.
