Access to Work - ADHD Coaching

Looking for ADHD coaching, or strategy coaching, with Access to Work funding? You’re in the right place

You’ve Got the Grant – How do I Choose a Coach that Works for Me

If you’ve been awarded an Access to Work grant, or you’re in the process of applying, you can use your funding to access ADHD coaching with me.

I’m a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist and ADHD coach, and I bring all of that to our sessions. Coaching is always shaped around what you need, both emotionally and practically, whether that’s support with overwhelm, planning your day, or navigating work.

This page outlines how ADHD coaching can work through Access to Work funding. If you’re looking for private sessions or aren’t sure if you qualify, you can find other options here.
