The Clear Forward Method™
The ADHD Coaching Tool That Supports Your Brain
If you’re a woman with ADHD feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. Many women carry the weight of unfinished tasks, scattered thoughts, and mounting guilt.
That’s why I created The Clear Forward Method™ — a six-step ADHD coaching approach that brings structure, clarity and calm.
This practical, ADHD-friendly method helps you take real steps forward at your own pace. It works with your brain, not against it, and gives you tools that support focus, momentum and self-compassion.
I teach this method inside my ADHD coaching programme, which you can explore at your own pace. You can explore the full programme over on my shop page.

What is The Clear Forward Method™?
The Clear Forward Method™ is my six-step ADHD coaching approach that blends practical tools, mindfulness techniques, and simple strategies tailored to how ADHD brains work best. It’s here to help you feel more in control, without needing to push harder.
This ADHD coaching method is designed to help you:
Clear the mental clutter so you can focus on what matters
Get unstuck from avoidance, even on the low-motivation days
Build momentum with tools that actually work for ADHD
Understand the “why” behind your resistance, not just the “how”
Reflect and reset without judgement, and move forward with kindness
It’s an ADHD-friendly method you can use in real life, daily, weekly, monthly, or whenever things feel chaotic or unclear.
The Clear Forward Method in Six Steps
The Clear Forward Method™ is made up of six simple steps you can return to anytime life feels busy, messy, or stuck. Each step is gentle, ADHD-friendly, and designed to help you move forward with clarity.

Step One: Clear the Noise
Set a timer and get everything out of your head — thoughts, tasks, worries. Clear space so you can think more clearly.

Step Two: Choose Your Focus
Pick three intentions that feel right for this month. What matters most? What would support you?

Step Three: Forward in Motion
Take one small step. Focus on progress, not perfection, and trust your momentum to build from here.

Step Four: Big Tick Energy
Celebrate every win, even the tiny ones. Ticking things off boosts motivation and builds momentum.

Step Five: Reflect & Reset
Pause and reflect. What worked, what didn’t, and why? Use curiosity to gently adjust and move on.

Step Six: Bonus Wins
Notice anything extra you achieved this month. Unplanned progress still counts, write it down.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Clear Forward Method™
What is The Clear Forward Method™?
The Clear Forward Method™ is a six-step coaching framework I created to support women with ADHD in building clarity, calm, and sustainable progress. It’s designed to reduce overwhelm, help you take action, and work with your brain rather than against it.
Is this method only for people diagnosed with ADHD?
No — while the method is tailored for ADHD, it can support anyone who struggles with motivation, procrastination, focus, or emotional overwhelm. It’s especially helpful for people who feel weighed down by traditional planning tools or rigid structures.
How is The Clear Forward Method™ different from other ADHD planning tools?
The Clear Forward Method isn’t about perfection or productivity for productivity’s sake. It’s about flexible focus, gentle momentum, and building a system that truly fits you. Each step is rooted in self-awareness, compassion, and strategies that reflect the unique needs of ADHD brains, including time blindness, emotional regulation, and executive functioning challenges.
Can I use this method on my own, or do I need to join the coaching programme?
You can absolutely use it on your own — and I’ve created a free worksheet to help you get started. But if you’d like deeper support, the full method is woven into my 12-week ADHD coaching programme and 1:1 sessions, where we apply it in a personalised, structured way.
What’s included in the coaching programme?
You’ll receive weekly coaching sessions, access to the full ADHD coaching course, printable workbooks, audio resources, and the Clear Forward Method™ framework. There’s also an optional bonus counselling session to support emotional processing if needed.
